FR SERIES
The FR SERIES is engineered for severe, high-intensity forestry operations, specializing in the deep clearance of wooded terrain and the crushing of large logs down to ground level. Built around an ultra-robust frame featuring a heavy shell with a double-cavity bottom, the FR series delivers elite shock resistance and structural integrity under high-impact conditions.
Key Performance Structural Elements
Reinforced Armored Chassis
Constructed with a premium steel shell and double-cavity bottom structure to maximize yield strength and survive severe, continuous impacts from large debris.
Internal Shredding Bars
Integrated internal toothed counter-bars work in unison with the rotor configuration to guarantee premium, fine material reduction and prevent clogging.
Adjustable Protective Hood
Equipped with a variable-position adjustable hood allowing operator control over discharge vector and working material ingestion depth.
Enclosed Component Armor
The high-performance piston engine, valve blocks, and internal hydraulic pathways are safely recessed inside the main chassis shell to isolate them from impacts.
Protected Roller Bearings
Heavy-duty spherical roller bearings are isolated via specialized multi-stage labyrinth seals to perfectly repel grit, timber dust, and liquid contamination.
Advanced Belt Transmission
Driven via a specialized heavy-duty toothed V-belt arrangement consisting of 4 power-transmission belts to isolate engine shock loads.
Advanced Rotor Engineering Options
Fixed Pointed Carbide Tines (Type ST)
Engineered for extreme logging environments. Optimally balanced for crushing heavy stumps, standing timber, and massive fallen logs completely down to grade.
Fixed Double-Tipped Carbide Tines (Type ST2)
Heavy-duty multi-purpose rotor teeth providing extended operational longevity and superb resistance against severe tooth wear in abrasively mixed environments.
Fixed Cut Carbide Tines (Type CP)
Optimized for deep cleaning and high-speed shredding within complex, dense mixed-vegetation environments including thick brushwood, brambles, and wild shrubs.
